Vibrosaun
At Inside Health our sauna is rather special. It is designed as a single person, lying down sauna. As well as promoting detoxification, the combination of vibration and heat helps to relieve muscular aches and pains and promote deep relaxation, so is helpful in times of stress. This also supports athletes to recover more quickly from minor sports injuries. We have two Vibrosauns at Inside Health – so bring a friend!
Vibrosaun therapy involves lower temperatures for a longer duration. It has been found that a lower temperature (40-43 Celsius) sauna taken for a longer duration is most beneficial. These low temperatures stimulate a ‘fat sweat’, which eliminates toxins stored in fat, as opposed to the high temperature sauna, which encourages a water sweat. In this way, Vibrosaun therapy can be a very helpful to support your weight loss program.
The gentle vibration system has been designed by a team of Health-Care professionals including a Medical Practitioner, a Chiropractor, an Osteopath, a Physiotherapist and a Design Engineer. The combination of heat and vibration increases blood flow to the peripheral muscles and tissues, promoting better oxygen and nutrient exchange. The vibrosaun was designed to simulate exercise without stressing the body so is ideal for individuals who are mobility impaired or simply don’t get enough exercise. Did we mention that it is also very relaxing and a great way to unwind after a hard day?
The Vibrosaun promotes the movement of the lymphatic fluid throughout the body so assists in the elimination of metabolic waste. From a detoxification perspective, the Lymphatic system is considered to be the toxic rubbish dump of the body. Lymph does not have a pump like the blood vessels (which have the heart) therefore the lymph fluid relies on the movement of our muscles to circulate it around the body.
Using saunas for detoxification is a method that can be used easily and effectively by almost everyone. It can be highly beneficial when used in conjunction with other methods of detoxification such as Colonic hydrotherapy, Heavy Metal Chelation, Herbal Medicine and Dietary Measures.
